We are hiring Band 7 Highly Specialist Therapists in the following areas:
Occupational Therapist – DCD
Occupational Therapist – Sensory Integration
OT or SALT – ADHD
SALT – PMLD
SALT – DLD
SALT – SSD (Speech Sound Disorders)
As a Band 7 Highly Specialist Therapist, you will split your time between working directly with students in schools and leading your area of specialism across the company. Whether you’re passionate about developing resources, supervising others, delivering training, or shaping best practice, this role gives you the space and support to lead, grow, and make a real impact.
Lead Your Area of Specialism
Take ownership of your field—whether ADHD, PMLD, DLD, SSD, DCD, or Sensory Integration. Influence company direction, develop resources, and support colleagues in your specialist area.
Balance Clinical and Specialist Work
Work 3 days clinically in our partner schools and 2 days supporting your area of specialism—training, supervising, and driving innovation.
Collaborate and Grow
Be part of an incredible, supportive multidisciplinary team. You’ll receive regular supervision, mentoring, and CPD tailored to your goals.
Make an Impact
Deliver training to schools and therapists, contribute to clinical pathways, and represent your specialism at external events, universities, and national networks.
A minimum of 6 years post-registration experience
Proven expertise in your specialist area
Leadership, training, or supervision experience
A strong belief in evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming practice
A collaborative, proactive mindset and love for teamworking
